There are some FAQ for Enhance Ability 5e

Q1: Does 5e Enhance Ability affect saving throws?

Ans: No! the enhanced ability d&d doesn’t affect the saving throw.

Q: Can the spells “Enhance Ability” and “Alter Self” sew the top of every other and on yourself?

Ans: Yes, but with base rules, you would like somebody else to cast Enhance Ability on you while you cast Alter Self on yourself (which may be a self only spell, you can’t cast it on anyone else). Both require concentration, and you’ll only consider one spell at a time.
