Feather Falling is an enchantment for Boots, and therefore the highest level is IV. It reduces fall damage by touch for each level. This enchantment is extremely useful for cave explorations, where an outsized drop that might normally kill you’ll only damage you. once you fall while wearing this ring, you descend 60 feet per round and take no damage from Falling. It increases the knockback and shield stun time of the ax. It can’t be merged with Sharpness, Smite, or Bane of Arthropods. It can have an influence level of up to III.

There’s only one problem here, that feather falling isn’t alleged to slow you down while falling, that’s what the new potion of slow falling does. Feather falling only ‘reduces’ the damage that ‘you’ take from fall damage.
